Before You Email Me
I’m grateful you’re here, and I welcome your message. To help care for both of us well, please take a moment to read the guidelines below before reaching out.
These boundaries allow this ministry to remain healthy, sustainable, and focused on serving the wider community God has entrusted to me.
Please Email Me If…
You have a short question about my books, teachings, or website
You’d like to share how a resource encouraged or helped you
You’re requesting permission to quote or use content
You’re inquiring about speaking, interviews, or partnerships
I genuinely enjoy hearing stories of how God is working in your life.
Please Do Not Email Me For…
Personal counseling or spiritual direction
Marriage or family conflict resolution
Help processing trauma, abuse, or crisis situations
Emotional emergencies or immediate intervention
Step-by-step advice on private relational or leadership issues
I am honored by your trust, but I am not able to offer case-specific guidance through email.
God designed spiritual growth to happen in community—with shepherds, counselors, and friends who know you personally.
If Your Message Is Urgent
I am not able to provide crisis or emergency support.
If you are in danger or overwhelmed and need immediate help, please contact:
-
A licensed Christian counselor
-
A pastor or leader in your local church
-
Local emergency services (911 in the U.S.)
-
A crisis hotline in your area
You do not have to face hard things alone. Please reach out to someone who can help you in real time.
A Gentle Reminder
I read every message, but I cannot guarantee a personal reply.
If I do respond, it may be brief.
This boundary isn’t a lack of care—it’s a way to remain present to my family, healthy in ministry, and faithful to the work God has given me.
Thank You
Thank you for understanding, honoring these boundaries, and helping me steward this ministry well. I’m grateful you’re here, and I hope what you find on this site strengthens your walk with Christ and equips you to love and lead with peace.
